Jeffrey has over 15 years of operations experience at enterprise-level and small-business start-ups. Jeffrey loves solving problems that improve an organization and the lives of the people within the organization. Removing roadblocks and bottlenecks, developing resources, and establishing a clear path for success for EA organizations is why he created Anti Entropy.
Red has garnered over a decade of operations and project management experience serving client organizations from startups to Fortune 500 companies. In recent years, he has dedicated his time to pursuing more impactful careers in the Effective Altruism community, building and working with EA organizations to find and hire talent. He now aims to help strengthen EA org operations and serve the EA ops community.
Mikee is an automation and workflow system specialist. She helps AE clients become more organized and efficient through project management and customer relationship management systems.
She can implement and train teams on a variety of software programs; including GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Airtable, Coda, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Copper, Calendly, Zapier, and Make.
Researcher and Content Writer
Nathelle has a breadth of experience in content writing and research for news websites, online journals, and blogs. She has turned her love of learning and digging for details to the EA space, helping Anti Entropy build their resource portal and provide sound guidance and resources to the EA community.
Marketing Consultant and Content Writer
Jenny has over 15 years of experience in marketing, coming from the agency world, having built and led a creative team for a decade. Jenny has turned her passion for strategy, branding, and content development to the nonprofit space with the desire to make a positive impact with her skills and expertise. She consults Anti Entropy in their marketing efforts and helps build and manage the ever-growing resource portal to provide viable and actionable resources to the EA community.
